Cooled down a 200 square foot room in less than 8 minutes in 90 degree heat. Emerson quiet kool through the wall air conditioner review as the name suggests emerson quiet kool is a quiet through the wall ac. Cools quickly and is relatively quiet when compared to other portable models i have purchased previously. I turned it to 62 degree the lowest it can get but the air it blows out is only slightly cooler than the room temperature.

I ve waited until summer was over for us to post this review. A couple of reviews claim this unit is too loud. The fan is quieter than a window unit but it s not just the volume of the noise it s the type of noise. It is so quiet you don t think it s running.

The unit is designed for the window sill s installation. The unit is super quiet for this size product but it does not cool the room very well. I suppose if you ve only ever had central air it might take getting used to but for those who ve grown up with window ac this unit is a dream. We purchased this unit for our kitchen.

When outside is 90 degree the cooling is not good. This was not our experience. I m over 60 years old and had no trouble installing this window air conditioner into a window that is at eye level. 5 0 out of 5 starsliterally looking forward to purchasing more of these.
